• Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after approval
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used at the time of booking

Important Notes

• Transaction charges and payment gateway fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• No refund will be provided for unused services or early departure from the tour.
• In the event of cancellations caused by natural calamities, adverse weather conditions, government-imposed restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, refunds will be processed as per company policy.

Advance Booking Requirement

To ensure confirmed arrangements for a private vehicle and preferred stay options, a minimum advance payment of 30% per person is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due as specified during the booking process.
